What is the L’Oréal Lunch and Learn Series?:

Speaker sessions, led by Senior Executives at L’Oréal, aimed at educating the London Business School community students on select elements of the marketing mix.

Four Specific Sessions:

Session 1:
L’Oréal e-Strat Challenge Introduction
L’Oréal launches the e-Strat Challenge to the campus community and discusses overall brand strategy development.

Session 2:
Building Brand Architecture and Advertising
This session discusses how companies develop their brand architecture and translate that into a creative blueprint and advertising execution. This session will be hosted at an advertising agency.



Session 3:
New Product Innovation
This session highlights the importance of developing a strong & robust  new product pipeline. It will evaluate the tactics companies use to develop their strategies and generate ideas. The “new product gate process” will also be introduced with discussion on how an idea can translate into a market launch.


Session 4:
Working with Retailers
The retailer is a powerful stakeholder in the marketing mix. This session will highlight European retailer trends, discuss how retailers determine their margins and introduce the issues and opportunities in developing strong distribution.
